As a new client, expect a prompt call or chat to discuss your needs. We’ll align on services, check availability, and I'll provide an estimate tailored to you. Below, you’ll find a full breakdown of what your meet & greet and each visit will look like — everything from getting to know your kitty to the care and communication you can expect every time.
Meet & Greet
Next, we’ll schedule a meet and greet.
During your meet & greet, I’ll get to know your kitty’s personality and likes and, of course, dis-likes. We’ll chat about where their food is stored, feeding schedules, litter box routines, and how I’ll enter and exit your home. I’ll also explore their favorite hiding spots and toys, silly games, and any extra house needs you’d like me to handle. We’ll review pricing, go over the service contract together, and I’ll answer any questions you have. This visit helps me learn how to make you and your kitty feel at ease for my future visits.
Personalized Care
During each visit, I’ll do a full walk‑through of your home to make sure everything looks just right and your kitty is safe and feeling brave enough to come say hello. I’ll check for any little “surprises” that need cleaning, refresh and dry their food and water bowls, and scoop and tidy the litter box. Then comes the best part — companionship. Your pets deserve the best. I’ll ensure their routine is followed, and any special needs are met. I’ll spend time playing, offering pets, and chatting with your cat so they feel comfy and content. Before I head out, I’ll make sure the house is secure, everything is in order, and any extra home tasks you requested are taken care of.
Communication
Communication is key! I’ll text you when I arrive and again when I’m heading out. Throughout each visit, I’ll send messages and photo updates to help you feel connected with your kitties. Your peace of mind is my priority throughout the entire process!
